Don't you hate it when you are super excited to launch your blog, then you pinch a nerve in your shoulder, find out you husband needs surgery that will take months to heal, have a birthday, reinjure your shoulder while trying to get a wheelchair out of your trunk and get your GPS stolen out of your car... all while prepping and hosting eight classes in seventeen days and trying to keep up with your children and the rest of your life? Oh does that only happen to me?

OH! I almost forgot, despite all the crazy happenings life is good, because this is what I made myself for my birthday!
Can you say YUM? It is a flourless chocolate cake with homemade caramel sauce and homemade whipped cream...and It. Was. Awesome.
